The company was formed under the guidance and leadership of Shri P. C. Jain, an Alumnus of IIT Roorkee-Batch 1968 [formally known as College of Civil Engineering at Roorkee (1847–1854); Thomason College of Civil Engineering (1854–1947); University of Roorkee (1947–2001)] with a vision to extend his knowledge and vast experience gained over a period of his successful career.
